- Diplomatic Turkish Passport (Black):
Turkish government grants this passport to diplomatic officials, it is a type of international identity issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, consulates, and embassies of the Turkish state, which gives special privileges to its holder.
- Service Turkish Passport (Gray):
The gray passport is one of the passports issued to those working abroad, but for the Turkish government through a mission or an organization or any work related to Turkey, the holder of this passport does not pay any tax fees, but they cannot use it for tourism purposes.
Steps to Obtain the Turkish Passport:
- Obtaining an appointment from the official website to the General Directorate of Population.
- Paying the passport extraction fees through the mail centers PTT and keeping the payment receipts.
- Going to the appointment.
- After about 10 days the passport will arrive to your home address from the Turkish mail PTT.

- One biometric personal image.
